As part of the process of moving to our new website, we will be performing a domain transfer (kinda like moving house for a website) and this will result in the website being temporarily unavailable. We will be done moving by 7th Jan 2009. When we do, it will be an all new place to be packed with nifty functions for both members and visitors.

Till then, this website will still be in use.

If you are a huge fan of Juwita Suwito and seen her in church in 2005 for ‘Just Praise’, or have no clue as to who she is, this is your chance to catch her in action!

The aim of this event is to ignite the passion to unite in prayer. We want to see youths especially, to be on fire for God and praying as a community, regardless of what denomination you are from, as long as you are a follower of Christ…we must be united to pray.

Pray for our country, our nation.
Pray for our leaders, our Prime Minister.
Pray for justice and freedom and peace.
Pray for our churches, pastors and elders/leaders.
Pray for our family, friends and ourselves.

There is so much to pray for! Like the apostles in Acts 1:12, “They all joined together constantly in prayer…” so we should also gather among ourselves to pray.

So come, we want to connect with you, especially if you are from Selangor or KL! We want to establish a network among the churches in this district, to pray and encourage each other, and see where He leads us.

Any further enquiries, do not hesitate to drop them a comment or email them at bersatunite@gmail.com

p.s. They are also looking for 25 young, handsome, and strong volunteers to help with logistics. For those who are interested to help, do contact WO Jonathan Chan at jonman13@gmail.com by 29th Dec 2008. =)

The month of October reminds us of many things. To the general public, it reminds us of holidays (Hari Raya or Deepavali are usually around the corner), various festivals and the not-so-welcomed school examinations for our members.

But the month of October also marks the birthday of the Founder of the Boys’ Brigade – Sir William Alexander Smith.

Boys’ Brigade members all over Kuala Lumpur will be celebrating this special day on the 11th October 2008 at the grounds of the 4th Kuala Lumpur Company, St. Gabriel Church, Sg. Besi. The 1st Kuala Lumpur BB Brass Band will also be there as the band-in-attandance.

What time? We will meet as usual at 12.30pm at the Youth Center & leave for St. Gabriel Church. What to wear? For band members, Full Ceremonial Uniform (long sleve with sky blue tie). For others, full day-dress uniform (folded sleve). We will be back at the Youth Center by 5.00pm.

All members are encouraged to come and join in the fun!

See you there!
